These actions weren’t deliberate, these business owners simply didn’t have the knowledge to adequately manage their hr. I saw a problem and established MMO HR Solutions.
I feel that small business owners should have access to professional, yet affordable human resource advice and support, without having to employ their own HR staff member. I also feel that this advice and support needs to recognise the nature and culture of small business, and be tailored to your business. You may need a lot of help, or a little – no issue or project is too small.

Hi, I’m Tracey Mottershead. I started my career in Accounting and Finance before moving into HR. I’m a CPA as well as professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. This means that I not only understand the people side of your business, but the business itself.
